Sales Executive

We're looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Executive to join the growing team at Telford Vauxhall, Citroën and Leapmotor.
This is an exciting time to come on board as we continue to grow our multi-franchise dealership and develop a brand-new showroom, creating an even bigger and better environment for both our customers and team. Representing Vauxhall, Citroën and Leapmotor, you'll have the opportunity to work with an exciting range of vehicles and innovative technology. Alongside our main dealership, you'll also work closely with our satellite sites, helping us deliver outstanding customer service and strengthen our presence across the region.
Salary: £20,000 per annum basic, plus commission
Hours: Monday to Friday 9.00 am to 6.00pm, every other Saturday 9.00 am to 5.00 pm, when a Saturday is worked, a day off will be provided during the week, i.e. average of 42 hours per week, 30 minutes lunch break (unpaid).
Other duties may be required of the post holder in addition to those listed above and below, to ensure that the requirements of the business are met at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcoming customers and guiding them through the vehicle purchasing journey.
Building strong relationships with new and existing customers.
Demonstrating vehicles and arranging test drives.
Achieving sales targets while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction.
Promoting finance, warranty, and additional products.
Supporting sales activity across the dealership and satellite locations.
Ideally, we are looking for:
Has proven motor trade sales experience (essential).
Demonstrates a strong track record of achieving sales targets.
Has excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Is highly motivated, professional, and customer focused.
Holds a full UK driving licence.
